About the Role:

As an Accountancy All-Rounder, you will be a key part our team, managing a variety of bookkeeping and accounting tasks. Whether you are just starting your career or bring a wealth of experience, we’d be pleased to hear from you!

Training

At Tax Bees, we are committed to training and development, and we want someone eager to learn and grow with us.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks for our small business clients.

• Assist with self-assessment tax returns and related queries, answer the phone calls and providing support.

• Work closely with our friendly team to provide excellent service to our clients.

• Be an integral part of our growth, bringing enthusiasm and a willingness to contribute to our success.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in a similar role or finance – preferred.

• Brings a flexible, adaptable, and positive can-do attitude—a must!

• Feels comfortable working with MS Excel—essential.

• Is great at communicating and staying organized—a must-have!

Hours and place of work

Nine to five thirty, Monday to Friday.

You will need to work in our office in Chester.

Pay and Conditions

We anticipate a starting salary between £24,000 and £27,000, with the opportunity for rapid salary growth as your role and responsibilities expand.

Financial support for professional qualifications (such as ACCA, ACA, AAT or CIMA), including exam fees, study materials, and time off for studying and exams.

Opportunities for ongoing training, mentorship, and career development, including attendance at relevant workshops, seminars, and conferences.

37.5 Hours per week
